    Shining Force Graphic Upgrade V3.2

    Hey all, Had a question. I downloaded the Graphic Upgrade V3.2 and it won't open in the SF1 editor. Any particular reason as to why? I wanted to look at all of the work that was done to it. Thanks. Kane
