I am trying to create a warp for SF1 using SF1 edit and it seems that I cannot figure it out. anyone have a walkthrough or tutorial?

Promoted someone to PGNT and they cant equip anything Promoted Deanna to SpellSword and havent gotten any magic spells and am level 30 Characters started at level 10 and when promoted at 20, did not reset to 1. Did I do something wrong or are these known bugs?
