A human version would be cool! Daniel Noronha was the gentleman who designed Evil Varios, and he'd definitely be the man to commission to make a human version.
The idea of introducing all the best heroes from the Sega Mega Drive/Genesis era into one mod sounds very ambitious, but extremely cool! I hope you and your friends are able to move forward with development, as I'd certainly be very interested to follow the mod's progress and playthrough once...

He's been our mascot since SFMods.com launched - it's Darksol wielding the Sword of Darkness. Well, he's wielding the Chaos Breaker in our logo image, but I didn't have that version immediately to hand. Give me a nudge in the future and I'll upload the Chaos Breaker/green-themed palette...
