Hello all! I've been playing some wonderful SF2 mods for years and thought I'd try my hand at the hobby of modding. I'd love a starting point if anyone has any suggestions.

If you are looking for some simple edits/adjustments Caravan or SF2Edit are great tools,
If you want something more indepth DISASM is the way to go.
ChaosWizard also has a GameMaker engine he has been making that is like the SF2 style, but that's going to be more indepth as well.
