Force Member Playable Chaos

Story wise, I’d have Adam destroyed by chaos, only for him to be installed into chaos after you win the fight.

Chaos was always supposed to be intimidating this easily captures that feeling question is how would he join the force? Reprogram maybe???? ;)

Yeah, since he’s a machine. Throw in a joke about installing new software(Adam be the software)

Im already slowly working on how he joins as we speak as well as getting him set up as a character

@Erikin84: Very cool idea indeed. I like the software angle. Ideally, I would like to keep both Adam and Chaos as playable characters (with Chaos being more brawny and Adam being more... whatever he currently specialises in) but with Extendable Characters not being fully functional I don't think it would hurt to retire Adam v1.0... hehe.

@Lock It Lynx: You can say that again. From memory, I think that Chaos stands as the tallest enemy character in the game, aside from Dark Dragon, so Dan utilised as much of the frame as possible to convey his bulky stature. I know that this project in particular was a tough one in particular to get accurate due to Chaos' many wiry and mechanical features.

Chaos after you win: you can’t stop me! I am invincible! What? an update? Nope....(click) I said no! Nononono
Adam: surprise!!!!

My solution as far as extended characters is to replace a few characters until extended characters work (cough cough Jogurt) then i will add them back in (this would make the game interesting too maybe certain characters might join at a different time)Portrait help.png
my only problem is how do i change portraits and map sprites without activating extended characters?

Never thought of using Chaos as a character before, but now it makes perfect sense! hahaha :D

Any chance we'll be seing Shell as a playable character too?

@Lobo Oh yes. She was a little tricky to plan for, given that she would need to have amphibious movement, so you would she her tail would need to be immersed in the water, but it just looked strange when she went on-land. So we went the route of just having her 'walk' on water similar to the Conch and Shellfish enemies.

I agree with you regarding the 'walking' issue.

It's remarkable how Shining Force never used aquatic characters in the force.
At least, I can't remember any of them through all the games.

One aquatic guy that would make a great Shining Force character is Tiberon, from Warsong. :)
