Playable Otrant?

Has anyone thought of trying this yet? I think a mod where Otrant was playable would be cool. He would have his own custom battle sprites and custom fighting class called ORAC (short for Oracle)

If you want him to join late in the game and consider him as already promoted, SF II promoted mages' palette swap would do fine for that, I think. Or do you want his spriteset to be more unique than just that?

That's not a bad idea. I also thought of SAGE as another possible class for him.
