Rika is easy to edit over Nei. So is chaz over Rolf.
If I had to choose a PS4 character would be Demi, and a Landstalker character would be Friday.

Im almost finishing her, did a lot of sprites for a smooth animation, only need to tweak the claw in them. The main diference is that I always go to sf2 reference on size and proportion and yours are sf1, so the final result will be diferent.
