How to share resources?

I've been working on a mod for SF2 for about 8 months so far, and its nearing completion. I have a bunch of new assets for it, how do I go about sharing these of this site? This includes new battle sprites, new map sprites, new towns, new portraits, and more.
For example I have pegasus version of may: Do I just post a new thread and share them all in there?

You can post a thread to share em, and in the full text editor, you can also animate em slightly like how it's done under other asset releases!

Do I just post them on the Modding Dicsussion channels? I don't see a Post Thread or New Post button under the Artwork Releases channel.

to add a new artwork resource, the route from the main page would be:
click on SF1/2 Artwork Releases
click on "Please submit your artwork via this page."
then select one of the categories being Force Members / Enemies & Bosses / NPCs / Weapons / Items / Backgrounds / Misc.
and finally, click on the "Add resource" orange button

I think you need to have your account verified by a mod to be able to do this, you might need @Steve for that.
