Shining Force Alternate V3.2B-Hotfix+Palette

When hastening to fix the battle exit stuff, I missed the item palette(which are tied to it, coincidentally). Barkley's stuff was the only thing affected, so it was an easy correction.

Fixed a game ending bug at chapter 8, entrance tiles were borked, but restored.
Edited Guardiana battle's tile to be non-walkable on a spot that allowed players to end the battle early.
Applied patch to allow +2 in stat boosts instead of the default +1.

Just fixed a small issue with Maxine's first dialogue.

Small fixes related to some issues brought up.
Some regarding certain bosses attacking other enemy units, added text to a bookshelf that was previously missed, etc. See the included readme for the full details

While it's safe to swap files during your playthrough, the only thing to look out for is swapping between Mishaela's battle and the tower battle. If you are in this pocket of the game, I recommend you hold off on replacing your bin until you go through this section.
